03/19/2025 WhatsApp downtime in Russia#

Today, 03/19/2025 from 18:30 to 21:00 GMT+03 (duration 2 hour 30 minutes) there was a downtime in the WhatsApp messenger in Russia.

The WhatsApp failure is not related to the GREEN-API service.

Sending and receiving messages was performed with significant delays
During the outage, message queues may have formed on the instance.
During the outage, instance could showed the status "starting".

The technical failure affected instances of the type:
- 1ХХХХХХХХХ,
- 3ХХХХХХХХХ,
- 5ХХХХХХХХХ.

Currently WhatsApp is available again. All sent text messages were sent successfully. All incoming messages were also received successfully.

The GREEN-API is stable.
