If your instance has idInstance that starts with 1103ХХХХХХ, then your instance can show the status "Not authorized" or "Starting".

All other instances will continue to work as expected and won't be affected by the technical maintenance. The duration of the technical maintenance will be around 15 minutes. All outgoing and incoming messages will be sent/received after the technical maintenance is completed.
