09/05/2022 Technical failure#

There are delays in API methods such as sendMessage and other ones for instances with idInstance as 1101XXXXXX. Delays can be up to 30 to 60 seconds.

The problem is localized. We are working on a fix.

An approximate time to fix the issue is 1 hour.
