Why is QR code not generated?#
After logging out of the instance, the system may experience a temporary delay before re-generating the QR code.
This is due to the fact that after logging out, begins the process of clearing data from the previous authorization session.
Cleaning includes deleting cached sessions and other service information necessary for the correct operation of authorization. Until this process is complete, generation of a new QR code may not be available.
What can be done
We recommend waiting 1-2 minutes after logging out before trying to generate the QR code again.
If after this time the QR code still does not appear, please contact technical support.
